2. Purpose of Use

Generating and operating a personalized 24-week recovery program
Personalizing exercise and educational content
Tracking recovery progress and generating reports
Weekly check-in based condition analysis
Notification services (with your consent)
Generating AI-based recovery consultation responses (with separate consent)
Automated exercise program construction based on entered information

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention period: Duration of service use + 30 days after account deletion
Deletion method: Electronic files are permanently deleted using an unrecoverable method
Immediate deletion: Processed immediately upon Settings → Delete Account

4. Third-Party Sharing

Recovery24 does not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Exceptions include:

When required by law for investigative purposes
When provided in de-identified form for statistical compilation or academic research purposes

AI Recovery Consultation Service — Cross-Border Transfer Notice

Recovery24 delivers personalized recovery guidance based on your clinical context. Responses are generated through an AI service partner's API under the processing terms below.

5. Your Rights

Right to Access: You may review the personal information we have collected about you
Right to Rectification: You may update your information at any time via Settings → Edit My Info
Right to Deletion: Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device. To request deletion of server-side data, please contact contact@predigm.com

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Recovery24 uses browser localStorage to store your login state, settings, and check-in history. This data is stored only on your device and is not automatically transmitted to our servers.

8. Not a Medical Device

Recovery24 is a wellness tool designed to support recovery management. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Please consult your healthcare provider before making any decisions regarding your health.
