Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the Recovery24 service (the "Service") provided by Predigm Inc. (the "Company"), as well as the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

Article 2 — Service Description

Recovery24 provides the following features:

• Personalized 24-week exercise program for post-spinal-surgery recovery
• Stage-based educational content (text and audio)
• Pain and recovery progress tracking
• Weekly health check-ins
• Gamification-based motivation system

Article 3 — Medical Disclaimer

• This Service is not a medical practice and does not replace consultation with a physician.
• Exercise programs are based on general post-spinal-surgery rehabilitation guidelines and may not be appropriate for your specific medical situation.
• If pain worsens during exercise, stop immediately and consult your physician.
• Do not make medical decisions based solely on information provided by this app. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
• The Company shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from users applying information in this Service for medical purposes.

Article 4 — User Obligations

• You must enter accurate surgery information and health status.
• We strongly recommend obtaining your physician's approval before performing any exercises.
• If you experience abnormal pain, fever, wound changes, or other concerning symptoms, you must seek medical attention immediately.
• You may not use the Service by misappropriating another person's information.

Article 5 — Paid Services

• Free tier: Basic exercise program, educational content, pain logging
• Premium: Progressive intensity adjustment, full content unlock (in-app purchase to be introduced)
• A 14-day free trial is provided; Premium features are restricted after the trial period ends.

Article 6 — Service Modification / Termination

The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service to improve it. In the case of significant changes, advance notice will be provided through an in-app announcement.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or carrier outages.
• The Company shall not be liable for issues arising from inaccurate health information entered by users.
• The Company does not intervene in disputes arising between users, or between a user and a third party, through or in connection with the Service.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

All content within the Service (exercise videos, educational text, audio, images, characters, etc.) is owned by the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit such content for any purpose other than personal use of the Service.

Article 9 — Privacy

Matters relating to the protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Jurisdiction shall rest with the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address.
