Recovery24 is a wellness app and is not a medical device. If you experience any of the following, contact emergency services (911 in the U.S., 119 in Korea) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately:
- Loss of bladder or bowel control (cauda equina syndrome)
- Numbness in the saddle / inner thigh region
- Sudden severe weakness in legs
- Fever above 38°C (100.4°F) with worsening back pain
- Chest pain or difficulty breathing
- Calf swelling, redness, or tenderness (possible deep vein thrombosis)

Q. What is Recovery24?
A wellness companion app for adults recovering from spine surgery (24-week rehab program) or managing back pain conservatively (12-week program). It provides daily exercise routines, evidence-based education, AI-powered Q&A, and recovery tracking.
Q. Is this app a substitute for my doctor?
No. Recovery24 does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Always follow your physician's instructions. The app is designed to complement — not replace — your clinical care.
Q. How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your free trial begins on the day you complete onboarding. During the trial, you have full access to all Premium features. After 14 days, you can either subscribe to Premium or continue using the Free tier (with limited features).
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Recovery24 → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Recovery24 → Cancel.
Q. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not directly by Recovery24. To request a refund: iOS — visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in. Android — open Google Play, go to your Order history, find Recovery24, tap "Report a problem". You can also email us at contact@predigm.com and we will assist.
Q. The AI coach (Coby) gave me an answer I'm unsure about. What should I do?
Coby is powered by Claude AI and provides general wellness information only. It cannot make a diagnosis. If anything is unclear or concerning, contact your physician or healthcare provider. For emergency symptoms, see the warning box above.
Q. I lost my data when I switched phones. Can I recover it?
If you signed in with Kakao, Naver, Google, or Apple, your data is backed up to our cloud and will restore automatically when you sign in on the new device. Guest accounts (no sign-in) store data only on the device. Sign in to enable cloud backup.
Q. Why is the AI chat limited per month?
AI responses cost real money to generate. Free tier includes 5 AI chats per month; Premium includes 200 per month. The 56 built-in FAQs in the AI chat search are unlimited and free for everyone.
Q. Does Recovery24 collect my health data?
We collect only what's needed to personalize your recovery program: surgery type or diagnosis, age range, pain level (you input this daily), and check-in history. With your permission, we read your step count from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) to compute your Recovery Walk Score. We never sell data and never use your data to train AI models. Q. Can I use the app in English?
Yes. Tap the 🇰🇷/🇺🇸 language pill on the home screen to switch between Korean and English. All UI, exercise instructions, education lessons, AI chat, and audio guidance are fully translated.
Q. Do you support languages other than Korean and English?
Not yet. Japanese and Spanish are on our roadmap. Contact us if you'd like to request another language.
